 Art-Therapy 8 *Suppressing your feelings is not the solution:-          These days people pretend that they are strong,they do not need anyone to share their feelings, they do not need shoulder to cry. And they start suppressing feelings. When one can not express anything verbally then Art can be the way of an expression. Hiding emotions can make you numb. So take your pen-pencils and start expressing . #staystrong#staypositive.

When words can not speak, colors do.Specially in case of children where we can get to know a lot of things through paintings.
